All Scholars Day participants receive a Wayne State Scholarship, a tuition scholarship valued at $1,500 a year for 4 years. Award notifications will be sent to students via postal mail the beginning of April. There will be a deadline for accepting or declining the award offer included with your contract.
How is the amount of my scholarship award determined?
Awards are based on your performance in the group interview; written essay; high school GPA; and ACT or SAT scores.
If I attend an earlier Scholars Day date do I have a better chance at a larger scholarship?
No, the date that you attend Scholars Day does not impact the amount of your scholarship award.
